I've always used Photoshop, it's gotten so damn complex lately. I hear Paintshop is pretty easy to use. Looking to crop a pic and have a reflection removed from it as well...easy to do? Anyone know?

I am new to digital photography, so take this as opinion only.
PSP has an add on for photo editing, that I have not used. PSP is not that good for pictures as it is. I have had better success with Kodak Easy Share and Epson Film Factory, both of which are shareware.

I have PSP7, fairly easy to use I guess, I have not done too much with it but will gladly try to fix your picture if you want.
