17x9.5 out back....question

with a 275/40...can I do that wheel without rolling the fender or notching the frame? What backspacing? I'm guessing I could pull it off with a 5" BS but I don't want it to hit the frame...but I also know it's easier to put on a spacer than take material off a wheel...LOL.

now I do have a question...I can't find the BC Smoothies or Magneatos in 17x9 or 9.5. The Amer. Racing TT2s are the same story...don't get it. Are they custom order now?
And...if I get stuck with 8s all around, should I still do a 275 out back or drop to a 265 or 255? These will be street tires...I've got DR's on 15s for the track use.

I've got 275/40's on 17x8" TT 2's on the back of my GN, 4" backspacing. That tire is really squeezed on the rim though:burnout:
